Caroline Sutherland is a writer and occasional library workshop facilitator living in the southeast of Ireland. She writes short fiction and drama.
Her recent short stories are featured in Books Ireland Online, Riptide and Crannóg and her plays have been performed at the Set Theatre, Hole in the Wall, on public buses and the Watergate Theatre, Kilkenny.
Her stories have won the Crediton, Dalkey Creates and Yeovil short story prizes.
She is the recipient of the Kilkenny Arts Office writing bursary, Tyrone Guthrie bursary and 2024 Irish Writers Centre's National Mentoring Programme. She is a professional member of the Irish Writers Centre.
